It's been a long time since we had class last so I trust that you are all well rested and ready for a fresh start today as we begin a new module. The module that you will be starting today will be Adobe Illustrator!
1. Please finish your project from last class: put all of your edits (with descriptions of edits and photo information) on your blog, and I will come around and collect your original photos. Please make sure that you put all of your original photos on a folder on your desktop titled "Your Name Originals".
2. Once you are done, we will watch the following videos as a group. (Please don't watch them by yourself to avoid the loud disruption).

What are Vectors?
3. After the video please, answer the following on your blog in your own words:
- 1. What is the difference between pixel graphics and vector graphics?
- 2. What are the advantages of vector graphics?
- 3. What types of industries do you think would your use illustrator? Do you think any industries would use illustrator more than photoshop?
4. After this video, I will give you a brief demonstration using the pen and pencil tool on illustrator. If you are finished your stop-motion video, you will practice drawing basic shapes in illustrator.
