Today is your final day for shooting your stop-motion video. Please finish this by the middle of class. Also note that if you will need to use your personal accounts in order to have access to your iMovie files since you can not save an in-progress video on the guest account, only an exported file. Today you will have time to work on the audio, do any photo adjustments you could like to do (iPhoto being the easiest) and then begin putting it together. I would like you to get a good start on this today and it will be due on Tuesday.

Hello and welcome back after the break!
If you didn't give me your vine yet, please e-mail me the link to that. I am not overly concerned with your audio this time, I would just like you to get this assignment in to me so we can move forward with a new topic and our final video.
In a small group of 2-3 you will brainstorm ideas for your final stop-motion project. For this project you will be marked on your photo quality, audio, transitions, and narrative. I would like you to think of an interesting and thoughtful narrative for this project. Please speak to me if you have an idea for your stop-motion which involves shooting in another part of the school. Today I'd like you to create a google doc proposal where you will list the following for your final video (length of approx. 45 seconds):

The video and articles you read disucssed the topic of social media and it's potentially negative affects on Generation Y. In your opinion and experience, have you seen any of these affects? Do you agree or disagree that social media has a negative impact on our sense of relationships. Explain further? Do you agree or disagree that social media has a significant role in creating a narcissistic (preoccupation with self) generation? Your response should be a minimum of 2 paragraphs.

March 4th
Please look at the following tutorial for importing your clip back into iMovie. Today you will loop your vine from last class 3 times. Once you are done please put this on youtube and send me the link.

If you finish this, I will give you some audio clips for you to edit on garage band. I will show you how to trim clips and import them into iMovie. You can redit your stop-motion to include audio.
